Academics
Take it from the Financial Times. The INSEAD GEMBA is their highest-ranked, single-school programme: 4th in the world in 2011. INSEAD also has all the main international business-school accreditations (such as AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA).
This Masters-level degree programme takes place on a part-time, modular basis on the INSEAD Asia Campus in Singapore, the Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France and the Middle East Campus in Abu Dhabi. Your time on these campuses depends on the section you join: The Asia Section, The Europe Section or the Middle East Section.
With only 45 - 60 days needed away from work over a period of 14-17 months, depending on your choice of base campus, the GEMBA is probably the most efficient way to a top business degree. Of course, that makes the experience intense too - which is an added benefit, according to participants.

In addition to work on campus, there is significant work to be done between sessions, often aimed at applying theory to your practical business needs, equating to a total of approximately 17 weeks.
